Great interactions with patients, but poor management and organization - PSA Patient Service Associate Pediatrix Medical Group Employee Review

This company is very unorganized and very unprofessional. The management team blames everyone but themselves (will even blame the doctors). They are never on the same page and there is not open door policy. It’s a lot of drama between all the offices. I would not advise anyone to apply there unless you like this type of specialty or just want experience.
