Pros

The work/life balance has been top-notch.

Cons

There are certain departments that are extremely siloed; where management doesn't listen or understand that there's more than one way to do things. Depending on the team and the role you're in, it can be extremely frustrating. It's also very challenging to move around, and there are barriers around advancement even if you've been in leadership roles prior. Compensation is non-competitive.

Pros

One of the best companies to work for- excellent benefits and compensation, intuitive tools to make the job easier, the ceo cares. They want you to grow and succeed and are invested in you.

Cons

It’s insurance adjusting— can be stressful, but that’s to be expected.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
