Redfin was a great company to work for. I genuinely enjoyed all my colleagues and the vision of the company. Once Rocket took over, I no longer aligned professionally with the business and decided to leave.

Rocket acquired Redfin and there was an almost immediate change in culture. Most people I spoke with who came from Redfin were no longer happy and people felt tossed aside. Rocket leadership and long time employees did not listen to ideas, feedback, and improvement suggestions. There were so many roadblocks and too many hands in the pot to deliver on anything in a timely manner. Efficiency was not an option because people had to be involved to prove they had something to do.
