      Pros

      The management maintains a strong communication with its employees, always available for the concerns of employees and takes immediate action. Always pays salary on time though the company doesnot recieve any money from vendors on time. Very supportive in the tough times. The most important factor is, it treats all employees as a family with respect and dignity.

      Cons

      Marketing should evolve to a new stage as evolution is the reason behind mankind.

      Pros

      This Company has positive culture, attitude towards their employees and most importantly career development. The Managers here would do 1 on 1 with the employees frequently to verify their future goals and if they need anything which would help their career growth. They have a great Marketing and training team who are motivated towards work and it is great to be surrounded by those kind of individuals. Pay which is offered is high compared to other staffing companies which I have worked in my Carrier. They take care of their employees and make them feel comfortable to the maximum.

      Cons

      I Have not faced any issues regarding my pay , immigration and benefits during my time of employment . Everything is great!!
