      Pros

      - i really liked the education benefit. they'll pay 100% tuition for certain programs. - they have on-demand roles, where you can flex your hours

      Cons

      - pay is very low, barely any increases after a year - management can be different depending on which store you work at. i've been at stores where the management was friendly and warm, others not so much
