Pros
I provided constant help. Making and creating help guides for tech workflows. It made me realize that the effort that follows hard work doesn't always pay off. While those in mid level management may feel like they would go to war for you. I loved this company and would have gone to bat for it at any day.
Cons
After the buyout. They promise to offer jobs to those in the same positions. This was a lie. They offered sales positions to those in tech. My proficiencies were all technical aspects. One of the values they told in the company was surrounded by the word "Family". Too bad their actions never reflected this value towards the last few years.
