      Pros

      Was a very stable work environment with many opportunities to move through out the company.

      Cons

      Most positions now are short term contract / project help. Not many long term experienced contacts are left. Interaction between departments and areas is complicated by a lack of commitment and experience. Middle Management turnover is even more unstable.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
