      Happy surprise -- great work environment

      Pros

      It is obvious that HCSS highly values work culture and employee health. This came as a pleasant surprise when I switched over from my previous job in a more old-fashioned work environment. My work is meaningful, my efforts impactful, and my days enjoyable.

      Cons

      The training is brutal for entry-level developers, but once you get through it, work is pretty smooth sailing.

      Dev teams are great and easy to work with. Many opportunities to learn new things. Workload is not that heavy, and there's a lot of respect to work life balance

      Management is not the greatest
