Pros
While InnoVet operates as a private company, it strongly reflects its roots in military atmosphere. This influence is evident in aspects such as lower efficiency, weak project leadership, and communication challenges. The top manager are mainly retired people from VA or DoD. These old leaders talk about team working and thinking ut of the box, but don't believe it. You have to obey not only your managers but also VA managers who are your real managers and order what yu should do. Extra talk and email would cause to contract termination. In addition, pay attention that more than 90% of the Company are white Amerians, so they have little understanding from cultural differences. In general, I don't recommend working there!
