they treat you disposable, treat the idea of recruiting in this company as a secret that you need to kiss up to the right person to learn the real idea of what they're doing, if you dont you wont perform well and get fired (for example they dont teach you that you can submit people across multiple roles, i only learned from sitting with someone who said let me share a secret and how everyone else is getting all of these submittals), they also encourage networking everyone in the company are rude and not open to working with you so the culture made it extremely hard to succeed
