Pro is pay was good.

Cons

401K takes a full year and then another 6+ months until they pay out. Unless you’re in the “in crowd” you are looked down upon. Full of egotistical admins who believe they are always right even when you price them wrong. Company is holding on by a thread.

there is no equality for all workers, the supervisor looks for an excuse to fire you if she doesn't like you.
