Pros

There are some really wonderful people here. Unfortunately, there are only a few.

Cons

What initially seemed like a strong career move unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing experience. Leadership at multiple levels often lacked clarity, consistency, and the ability to foster a supportive work environment. In my time here, communication was poor, and collaboration was often undermined by unprofessional behavior that was tolerated, if not normalized. Recently, the company announced widespread layoffs, including my role. While I understand that difficult decisions must be made in business, the way it was handled left many employees feeling undervalued and blindsided. There are some talented people here trying to do the right thing, but the overall culture—particularly at the top—makes it incredibly difficult to effect meaningful change. If you're considering a role here, I’d encourage asking tough questions about culture, leadership, and long-term vision.

Pros

They legally have to pay you and luckily, they do! Most of the time…..

Cons

Most of the brewing management has no real world working experience. They are young, inexperienced, bullheaded, and have no interest in leading. Dare to bring up a concern and they will literally twist your words around to make you look foolish. HR has NO interest in your career, no intention of working for your best interest and will refuse to answer emails/questions in a timely manner. I have never been treated so poorly by so many individuals in my charge.

Pros

Company gym was a probably the only thing they had that was a true benefit to the job, and free booze they give you on rare occasions.

Cons

HR is not helpful with people that would like to serve in reserves for the military with their schedule and compensation , Insurance is trash, management nit picks tiny things that they see is wrong, for 90 days probation they do not pay you holiday pay even if they give you the day off, everyone acts like they are in charge of you from different shifts, overall poor leadership is displayed along with professionalism. No career advancements in fact they get offended when you ask, no PTO accrued until after a "successful"90- days are over. There is no union so if you get in trouble good luck this company will fire you and replace you tomorrow. If you're hired for this position don't let them mislead you into thinking you'll be doing office work for the most part, most of the time you'll be shoveling empty cans into a bin outside in direct sunlight, and airing dunnage bags up for the trailers. Shipping and Recieving Clerk is just a fancy name for a regular warehouse worker.
