Hot, no raises after the 2 you get for learning the 2 main jobs you do, forced overtime or get drafted because not enough people signed up, treated like crap, do multiple jobs but don’t get paid extra, no incentive for room to earn more money hourly.

Since the Emprise Group acquisition last summer/fall, the culture has taken a dive. Benefits were reduced, time off benefits reduced, paid lunches reduced, referral bonus amounts reduced, recognition and reward programs reduced, onsite health clinic eliminated, benefit costs increased, bonuses reduced, payroll management is horrible...not paying people correctly or timely. Executive leadership is a joke and incompetent. This new merger is all about money and not about people.
