Pros

I had the most positive interview and onboarding experience thanks to Mai Sammur. From the very first email, she provided a clear and detailed overview of the company and the job posting. Our initial 30-minute screening call was incredibly thorough—Mai took the time to explain the company’s background, the role expectations, and even gave me a realistic hiring timeline. The job opening was posted four months in advance, and she was upfront about when they planned to move forward. True to her word, Mai followed up exactly four months later. I was still exploring other opportunities at the time, but appreciated her follow-through and remained open to the role. She got me into the interview process quickly, and from there, everything ran like clockwork. Both interviews were smooth and positive, and I received an offer within three business days. Mai's professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail made this an exceptional experience from start to finish. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

Sick time varies by location. Currently, sick time is not offered. Starting PTO is 3 weeks, which is standard for most companies. The employees are rewarded with more time as tenure increases, which is good, but I also think that PTO policies should consider the job grade.

Complete Disappointment

Pros

The job provided a steady paycheck. In the end, that is really all I can say that is positive about my experience with this organization.

Cons

The Reno office is a toxic work environment. It is a soul crushing, morale murdering, cry at your desk whilst wishing the world would end type of office atmosphere. Lying, bullying, backstabbing, gossip, and cliques- it was almost like high school except in high school I knew I had a future. The work itself was not bad; it was easy but there was a lot of it especially during the summer months. It could be very stressful at times.

Pros

Steady, 40 hours a week. Updated working environment. Some good people to work with. Adequate tools to do the work - computer equipment, printers, etc.

Cons

Inconsistent application of policies - one employee allowed to take time off during the blackout period while another was not allowed to; dress code only applies to some. Workforce Analyst makes hiring and termination decisions where there is no reporting relationship/role. An environment of backstabbing and gossip and inconsistent expectations depending on who your friends are. Workforce Analyst doesn't listen to leads and managers.
