Poisoned culture used to be different, now it's like everywhere else

-Depending in the org and role you're in, the pay is decent -Co-workers are great, creative, and driven -I didn't experience any micromanagement -free snacks and catered lunch most days of the week were great -flex office policy

Cons

-Pulled a bait and switch by telling employees that the Thoma Bravo acquisition wouldn't result in any layoffs but that was clearly not true -Started laying off employees immediately after the Sales Kickoff without warning or a heads up -There weren't many career growth opportunities within Rev Ops -No resources to invest in professional development either

-Corporate culture is still pretty good -Good work/life balance

Cons

-Below market compensation (used to be balanced by culture) -Since being bought by Tomo Bravo, company culture is changing rapidly negative -Company just started 4% company-wide layoffs, less than a quarter after telling us everything was good in all-hands, and two quarters after telling us our acquisition by Tomo Bravo wouldn't result in lay-offs.

Have market (falsely) believing this is the leading technology - PS guys are fantastic

Cons

NOT the company it used to be before IPO. Their 4 I's ethos is a nonsense - Integrity etc. They hired lots of jerks & toxic personalities. Still losing money
