      Culture - mission and people first mindset. Coworkers - Willing to get to work along side you Learn it all mindset - Everyone is looking to be better and help others do the same. A lot of new innovation coming out.

      Why didn't I know about this place sooner! Customers are still learning what this powerful and innovative platform is capable of (con AND a pro)

      Great platform although super expensive. Culture used to ne great but was destroyed by the new toxic leadership in APAC

      Toxic senior management Politics over business sense Fear culture has been like acid on what was a great company and culture Useless senior leaders who have been brought in by the new head of APAC who is a textbook definition of psychopathy Blaming people for poor process and strategy is what management do everyday now Management do everything they can not to pay people

      Pros

      Good direct management. Flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid, depending on position. Good early in career programs.

      Cons

      Terrible hours - get ready to work with teams across multiple timezones in never ending meetings. Instability due to frequent reorgs and below-average career perspective. Product is too complex and, frankly, boring.
