The leadership of this company consists of a group of finance bros and the illiterate parasites who have successfully managed up to them. None of them have any real experience in managing a technology firm, and they spend the vast majority of their time trying to cover this fact up instead of listening to people who do have experience and domain knowledge. Anyone who doesn't manage up to them is managed out, but of course the resulting mass exodus of talent is blamed on people who haven't worked there in almost two years. Simply put there are way too many fragile egos and insecurities in play at the management and executive level to ever allow the folks on the ground to actually get anything done. The net result is plain for anyone to see. The company has been in a rut for two years while the competition has posted record profits.
