Will pay what they promise. Not additional pressure and have work life balance. Interaction with higher management is easier. Not much of internal politics.

Cons

Growth Stagnation. No additional benefits even after working for couple of years. No proper guidance or motivating factors.

The culture is inclusive and fosters growth. Leadership, all the way to the CEO, are accessible, friendly, and focused on growing the company and helping grow your career. I was always excited to go to work.

Cons

I have no complaints. Had it not been for a change in my personal life I would still be working at Technumen
