They have removed flexibility with the WFH. This is being micromanaged. The leadership is toxic. They do not get along and this causes issues with continuity. Communication is terrible from the top down. They are promoting people who are not qualified for the job. They hire yes men and women at the top who only care about their own advancement and not focus on the success of people on their teams. The standards are impossible to meet. They are reducing staff but the work loads are the same if not higher. They want us to use AI even when it is not efficient for the task. AI is being forced upon us, but the leaders at the top do not really understand how AI works and it is not going to be the savior. We are being asked to create things in AI that will eventually lead to jobs being eliminated. This company's net income for 2025 was $6.3 billion. I think they can afford to keep people employed. Customer service will be impacted. This used to be something we prided ourselves on, but if you have less people and more work, customer service will suffer. They are also limiting advancement opportunities because they require most people to work in Hartford, CT or one of the tech hubs. We all worked on Zoom and Teams through covid, so why can't someone in a different office do the job?
