Pros

There are some fantastic employees at eni who care very much about their work and bring positivity to the environment.

Cons

Regarding the company as a whole: - The CEO founded the company 42 years ago and has no intention of stepping down anytime soon. Currently, if something bad were to happen to the CEO, his daughter (who is a stay at home mom and does not work for eni) would take over the company. - The company operates very much in a gray area. An example of this is clients not having updated contracts for the past 15+ years, - There are some incredibly unethical things going on including incentivizing life coaches to get clients to sign releases to record their sessions by giving life coaches money every time they get a client to sign a release to be recorded. Regarding management: - A direct quote from my supervisor "I have claws and I am not afraid to use them." - A direct quote from the CEO "Your supervisor making comments about your makeup and hair isn't harassment, you just need to change your perception." - After I resigned, the CEO said "I guess you just couldn't cut it here."

Cons

Nepotism runs absolutely wild here. The ceo of the company pays nearly 6 figures to each of his three children who do next to nothing for the company (one of the children literally does nothing for the company. No work whatever.) management constantly complained that budgets were tight, so caseloads were swelling amongst every specialist, and they couldn’t afford to hire more specialists to help alleviate the problems. They had no problem paying $80,000 for the daughter of the ceo to post inspirational messages such as “you’re stronger than you know” to their website from across the country, however. Surprised employees with forced overtime with no advanced notice and was told that we had to be “team players” while the upper management partied in the Bahamas (this is not an exaggeration). An absolute scam of a company.
