Earlier this month, NGA welcomed Vice Adm. Frank D. Whitworth as the eighth director of NGA during a ceremony presided over by Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security Ronald S. Moultrie, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security at NGA headquarters. Whitworth, who replaces Vice Adm.
