Alight Solutions Sr. Talent Development Manager-Health Navigation interview questions

Recieved website request for digital screening to be followed by telephone interview. The screening was 5 text questions followed by 4 video Q & A. I was auto-disqualified after the text questions. The one question that I know disqualified me asked if I had LPN ect related certification. I did not and the job posting requirements did not have any medical license requirement even though the 'thanks but no thanks' email said it was required. So, absolute lie in the digital screen or job posting.
