Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions sur l'expérience, les motivations,... Entretien plutôt sous forme de discussion plutôt qu'un bête Q&A
Made me waste time, money and effort in FOUR steps over the span of one month just to be rejected because they want to cut corners and hire someone asking for the lowest salary. They asked about my current salary at the FOURTH step (instead of the first one) and they were shocked to ear that I do not have an entry level salary. Four different recruitment steps and yet no one dared to disclose working hours, benefits, flexibility and, most importantly, salary and vacancy budget. Terrible experience.

Question 1
Pointless useless questions like: "what's the last book you have read?", "how many tennis balls can fit into an airplane?". Then they asked me to create a basic pivot table on Excel, something that's being taught at primary school nowadays. Ridicolous.

Interview
Interview was initially very good, the recruited who based on Malaysia was very responsive and communicated constantly on the update. However after 3rd rounds of interviews, the recruiter went silence and ghosted despite multiple checks. This is so unprofessional.
