Pros

The technology and innovation was fantastic. Working with Kubernetes, Golang, and data on a huge scale.

Cons

It took to long to validate the viability of products. After months of engineering a product would be scrapted. The money dried up before we could turn a profit.

Pros

The company offers a fully remote work setup, allowing employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Employees have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies. The engineering department, led by Tim Wegner, is highly professional and well-organized. Development processes are streamlined, closely monitored, and managed proficiently. The engineering team has a good vibe. People get along well and the demanding workload doesn't ruin the positive relationships.

Cons

Frequent changes in management within a short time and significant shifts in workforce due to changing company focus, result much uncertainty. Add to that limited incentives and a somewhat lacking corporate culture and you’ll get a negative impact on the employee’s motivation and engagement.
