Today we announced Q4 2025 earnings, reporting triple-digit growth year-over-year across all core financial metrics. As we look ahead, we have three focus areas: 1. Continuing to scale our marketplace – particularly through Figure Connect – and driving more volume onto our capital-light exchange. 2. Broadening the types of products that live inside the marketplace, especially across mortgage-adjacent categories where we already have strong partner relationships. 3. Expanding the broader blockchain ecosystem around the marketplace – where tokenization, decentralized finance, and atomic settlement are setting the standard of how a modern capital marketplace should function. Everything we’re doing across Figure ties back to these themes and continues our efforts to modernize capital markets on blockchain.
On CNBC, our CEO Michael B. Tannenbaum joined Morgan L Brennan to discuss what operating at the intersection of blockchain and AI means for Figure — and for consumers, partners, and the broader economy. Michael also shared how our technology-driven approach is accelerating growth beyond mortgage lending — powering newer products like Democratized Prime and extending these efficiencies across capital markets. In 2025, real estate investors accounted for more home purchases than at any point in the past five years — and we’re making sure financing keeps up with how they actually operate today. Supporting HELOCs on properties held in LLCs isn’t industry standard, even as investor demand grows. Figure is one of the few lenders expanding eligibility to include qualifying LLC-held properties. This move is about aligning financing with real-world ownership structures, giving our partners the ability to serve a broader, more sophisticated borrower base with our signature speed and efficiency. Macrina Kgil, Figure’s CFO and a blockchain OG, spoke with CFO about what it takes to IPO today — and how technology is reshaping the CFO role. She also shares her perspective on: • Blockchain’s ability to speed up and strengthen AI applications • Why hiring a Head of Finance Transformation is key to scaling a modern finance team • How agentic AI is freeing her team from manual tasks so they can focus on the thinking that really matters Read it here: https://lnkd.in/e9HS3duP
Today, we introduced OPEN (On-Chain Public Equity Network), running on Provenance Blockchain. OPEN enables companies to issue public equity natively on blockchain, not as tokenized DTCC securities. It brings issuance, trading, and financing of public equities fully on-chain, including continuous trading through Figure’s Alternative Trading System (ATS) and new blockchain-native capital market mechanics. Figure plans to be the first issuer on OPEN, with leading institutional participants already committing to support the network, including BitGo and Jump Trading Group. Breaking the mold is part of Figure’s DNA. As our co-founder and executive chairman Mike Cagney always reminds us, “Define your category — and own it.” In his latest piece for Fast Company, Figure CEO Michael B. Tannenbaum elaborates on Mike’s philosophy, sharing strategies for how to innovate, not imitate. Michael also goes behind the scenes on our recent IPO, describing how some investors tried to lump Figure into familiar categories. As Michael put it, “We had to educate investors that what we were building — blockchain-based capital markets — wasn’t a futuristic concept; it was a present-tense opportunity.” Read more on why the best ideas don’t need comparisons: https://lnkd.in/eQgXYNEk

We’re honored to be named a 2025 Inman AI Award winner for Best AI-Powered Platform. At Figure, AI isn’t an add-on. It’s redefining how modern lending works by lowering costs, cutting manual work, reducing friction, and helping lenders, brokers, and borrowers move faster. Our “stare & compare killer” alone has reduced document review labor by 90% — with customers citing speed in more 5-star reviews than ever — proving that real innovation delivers real impact. Thank you to Inman for the recognition, and to our teams and partners who are shaping the future with us. #InmanAIAwards
